Project description

Set in the hills above Paphos, this elegant residential community offers a peaceful Mediterranean lifestyle surrounded by nature and elevated views towards the coast. The development consists of bungalows and split-level detached villas, designed to combine traditional Mediterranean character with modern-day comfort.

Each residence is complemented by a private swimming pool, landscaped surroundings and carefully planned outdoor spaces, while underground cabling helps preserve the clean and natural character of the community. Residents also benefit from access to a Club House and Leptos Gold Card Membership.

The elevated location in Tsada provides a particularly attractive setting, with the development positioned close to an international 18-hole championship golf course and within a short drive of the award-winning Kamares Village. Paphos Town Centre is approximately 10 minutes away by car, while beaches, schools, shopping, healthcare and other everyday amenities are easily accessible.

The project is designed around the natural landscape and the Mediterranean outlook. The master plan and aerial imagery show a low-density residential environment integrated into the surrounding hills, while the presentation specifically highlights the villas’ orientation towards maximising Mediterranean views.

The location also offers convenient access to key destinations across Paphos: the nearest beach is approximately 15 minutes away, Paphos Town Centre and the Archaeological sites around 10–18 minutes, Paphos Harbour & Promenade around 18 minutes, and Paphos International Airport approximately 25 minutes by car.
